摘要
本文描述了在石家庄炼油厂进行的外甩油浆对渣油催化裂化性能影响的研究。石家庄炼油厂渣油催化裂化装置是我国自行设计的第一套工业化渣油催化裂化装置,它所加工的二连渣油的残炭值高达6w%,此时最佳的操作方式是部分回炼,即外甩油浆。通过进行不同油浆外甩量的试验,考察了外甩油浆对渣油催化裂化的产品分布和产品性质、特别是生焦的影响,确定了装置操作的最佳油浆外甩量为5~7w%。
This paper presents the studies of the effects of slurry drawoff on residue catalytic cracking per- formance in Shijiazhuang Refinery. This first commercial scale residue FCC unit in China processes Er- lian residue whose Conradson carbon residue is as high as 6w%. The optimum operation mode will be partial recycle with slurry drawoff. Various slurry drawoff amounts were tested to inspect the influ- ences on product distribution and product properity, especially coke formation. As a result, a 5~7w% slurry drawoff is recommended for the catalytic cracker operation.
