摘要
灵芝孢子粉水提取物能提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞酸性磷酸酶、β-葡萄糖醛酸酶活性及过氧化氢含量,并能对抗糖皮质激素对小鼠脾脏DNA合成的抑制作用及促进肝脏脂肪堆积的作用。这些结果说明灵芝孢子粉能激活巨噬细胞,对糖皮质激素有拮抗作用。
Subcutaneous injection of the water soluble preparation of the spores of Ganoderma Lucidum (20g/kg/day × 6) significantly increased the activity of acid phosphatase and β-glucuronidase as well as the level of H2O2 in peritoneal macrophages in mice. The preparation of the spores also increased the DNA content and the incorporation of 3H-TdR into DNA of spleens in the mice treated with prednisolone. But the preparation of the spores did not influence proliferation of spleen lymphocytes in vitro. It appears that the water soluble preparation of the spores of Ganoderma Lucidum has some influences on the immunological function in mice.
