摘要
本文对 HG—670/140—9型锅炉高温对流过热器的超温问题进行了全面的研究与分析,用三维数值计算方法计算了过热器入口的速度分布和温度分布,找到了高温对流过热器超温的原因并提出了改进措施,有关结论对同类型锅炉过热器的改进有指导意义。
In the paper the problem of overtemperature in the convective superheater of the boiler type HG- 670/140-9 is investigated comprehensively.By using the three-dimensional method,the fields of tem- perature and the velocity are calculated numerically.The reason of overtemperature is found,and some proposales are also put forward.The conclosions can be references for considering the boilers of the same kend.
