摘要
由于传统热力计算无法体现目前大型电站锅炉实际蒸汽流程和烟气侧参数偏差,将再热器热力计算按照实际蒸汽流程沿炉膛宽度方向分为左右两组实施,结合炉内燃烧数值模拟将所得烟气参数结果作为再热器左右两侧热力计算的边界条件,并将计算结果与实际运行数据对比分析。结果表明:该改进的热力计算方法可实现不同锅炉负荷下再热器左右侧汽温预报,为设计人员分析再热器左右侧汽温偏差特性提供了新的解决方案。
Since the conventional thermal calculation method does not match with the present steam process in large capacity utility boiler and it does not consider deviation of flue gas side, the thermal calculation of steam temperature of reheater is carried out by dividing the actual steam process into two equal parts across furnace width, and taking the gas parameters calculated from the numerical simulation as the boundary conditions for the above thermal calculation. The results of improved calculation method are analyzed and compared with actual operating data. The results show that under different boiler loads, the improved calculation method can realize the forecast of steam temperature in both sides across furnace width of reheater and provide the designers a new to analyze the character of steam temperature deviation of reheater.
