摘要
本文应用T、B淋巴细胞和T细胞亚群单抗致敏的红细胞花环试验结合荧光染色法,检测了50例健康人外周血液内的淋巴细胞。人外周血液中与T_3单抗致敏红细胞形成花环的T_^+细胞平均百分率为61.29±11.686,与T_4单抗致敏红细胞形成花环的T_4^+细胞平均百分率为32.76±8.974,与T_8单抗致敏红细胞形成花环的T_8^+细胞平均百分率为21.66±7.443,B细胞以单抗致敏红细胞识别的B细胞平均百分率为19.55±10.018,但标准差过高,个体间淋巴细胞的百分率波动范围相当大。用同一方法和试剂连续检测同一个体的淋巴细胞和T细胞亚群的百分率亦很难得到重复性结果。我们对检测人外周血液中的淋巴细胞的方法判断人体的免疫状态,和作为各种疾病的诊断指标进行了讨论。
Peripheral blood lymphocytes were examinated in 50 healthy persons using erythrocyte rosette test in combination with fluorescent staining technique, the erythrocytes were sensitized with T and B lymphocytes as well as T cell subsets monoclonal antibody(McAb). In human peripheral blood, the average percentage of T_3 positive cells which were indentified by their formation of erythrocytes sensitieed by T_3 McAb was 61.29±11.686, that of T_4 and T_8 positive cells indentified by the same method was 32.76±8.974, and 21.66±7.443 respectively. The average percentage of B cells recognized by erythrocytes sensitized with B cells McAb was 19.55±10.018, but the standard deviation was too high, and the variation range of the percentage of lymphocyte among individuals was fairly large. It was still hard to obtain the reproducible results by serial examination of percentage of lymphocytes and T cell subsets in the same individuals using the same method and agents. The value for the judgement of human immune status and for diagnostic index in various diseases by the examination of human peripheral blood lymphocytes were discussed.
