摘要
对关节液微量元素分析国内还未见报导,国外资料极少。本文用Zeeman/3030原子吸收分光光度计检测了20例正常人和20例病人的膝关节液中铜、锌、镁、铁、钙和锰六种微量元素的含量并结合临床初步分析。
The datum like this has not been reported in our country.This paper reports contents of trace elements(CU,Zn,Mg,Ca,Fe,andMn)in synovial fluid of 20 joints in healthy subjects and patients each,these contents were determined with Graphit Furnace Absorption Spectrometry based on Zeeman effect background correction.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the contents of the elements Cu,Zn,Mg,Fe and Ca. The results would be made as references of basic investigation,the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthropathy.
