摘要
介绍针对柳钢120t转炉除尘OG系统风机叶轮粘灰振动频繁停机清灰问题,实施的对风机反冲洗装置进行的改造及反冲洗工艺的调整等措施。
The impellers of dust-fan used in dedusting OG system of 120t Converter Furnace were adhered with dust to cause vibration resulting in stopping fan and cleaning frequently,then the countermeasures of reforming the back purge system and adjusting the backwashing process implemented were introduced.
