摘要
报道茶多酚对果蝇寿命、飞翔能力、头部脂褐素含量、体内外过氧化脂质产物丙二醛含量的影响。结果表明,10、100mg/L的茶多酚能显著地延长果蝇平均寿命和最高寿命(P<0.05或0.01),提高果蝇活力,增加每只果蝇每min飞翔次数(P<0.05或0.01)。剂量依赖性地降低果蝇头部脂褐素含量,抑制体内外鼠组织的脂质过氧化反应(P<0.01)。揭示茶多酚具有降低机体自由基水平和延缓衰老的作用。
The effects of tea catechins on the lifespan of drosphilia, their flying ability and thecontent of lipofuseins in the heads of the insects were investigated. The results showed that 20、100mg/L tea eateehins significantly prolonged the average life span(P<0. 05 or 0. 01), and theyalso increased the flying ability by an average of one minute per droephilia (P<0. 05 or 0. 01). Inaddition, tea eateehins could reduce the lipofuscin contant in the head of the drosphilia. These effectswere dose-dependent The antioxidation effects of tea catechins were also studied by determining the content ofmolandialdehyde (MDA) in the mice tissues. The results showed that tea catechins couldsignificantly reduce the content of MDA in the liver, heart and brain either in vitro or in vivo (P<0. 01). These results indicated that the anti-aging effects of tea catechins might be related to theelimination of the free radicals.
