摘要 本文研究开发的磷酸-硫酸-聚乙二醇-硫脲电解抛光液及工艺可以对热处理后的Cr13型马氏体不锈钢直接进行抛光,无需前处理,抛光效果好.抛光液中不含铬酐。 The electrolytic brightening liquids, which are composed of Phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid,thiourea and polyethylene glycol, have been developed in this peper. The martensitic stainless steels with 13 %-Cr can be brightened well in the liquids. It is not necessary for the steels subjected to heat treatment to accept some special pretreatment. Besides, there is not the chromic acid in the liquids.
