Ni—Cr—Al—Ti牙用铸造合金电解抛光性能的初步研究

摘要 本文选择了十种电解抛光液,对Ni-Cr—Al—Ti牙用铸造合金进行抛光对比实验,从中筛选出了适合此合金的磷酸复合液.探索其最佳使用条件的试验表明,在室温25℃时,电流密度0.67~0.89A/cm^2,时间3分钟可以达到最佳的抛光效果,能够满足临床的要求. In this study, the author evaluated ten kinds of electrolytic solutions and chose the best one fittimg for the use of dental alloy Ni-Ci-Al-Ti. A further experiment was carried out in order to meke out the working parameters of this electrolytic solution under room temperature. The results demonstrated that the finest polish appeared when the current density was 0. 67-0. 89 A/cm2 and when the time of electrolysis was 3 minutes. Therefore, it was convinced that the ability of eletrolysis of this alloy was good enough for the clinical use.
