摘要
植物超微弱发光测定是70年代以来发展起来的分析技术,生物发光表现了有机体新陈代谢和能量转化的重要信息,植物超弱发光与有机体发育的关系已成为光生物学领域研究的重要课题之一,我们试验中所做豌豆萌发时超弱发光结果与文献报道一致,而葡萄、金桔室温和低温贮藏时超弱发光变化未呈显著差异,我们认为,根据植物发光的不同时期分别进行测定,有助于研究超弱发光的机理和确定发光的敏感时期,为使超弱发光作为一项快速、简便的测量方法,更好地为农业服务奠定基础。
The analyzing technique to the plant luminescence has being developmentedsince 70's. The biological nminescence shows the importent information of themetabolism and the energy transformation of the living rganism. n our experiments,we found that the light emission intensity increased when the pea geminated. But expres-sion of nminescence of the grapes and the kumquats in normal and low temperature ofthe store haven't shows distiguished ifference. We think, if we have medsuredluminscence intensity according to every period of plant growth, it will be onduce toreseach the mechanism of the superweak luminecence and being a new method evenmore useful service o he Agriculture.
