摘要
本文研究了18CrNi4A钢的相变规律,为材料的使用和热处理提供了依据。通过对淬火和回火温度对钢组织与性能影响的研究,获得钢的最佳淬火温度为820℃,回火温度为170℃,可获得良好的强韧性配合。回火温度在220~370℃时钢会产生回火脆性。
The law of phasc transformation of steel 18CrNi4A has been studied in this paper,which provides a basis for use and heat treatment of this steel.The best quenching temperature(820℃)and tempering temperature(170℃)havc bcen obtained after the effect of quenching tempera-ture and tempering temperature on the property and mjcrostructure of the steel was studied.The best coordination of strength and toughness has been obtained by quenching at 820℃and tempering at 170℃。The experiment also shows that the steel has tempering brittleness tempered in 220~370℃。
