摘要
家兔在结扎冠状动脉(冠脉)左室支前10min,经耳静脉(0.4ml/min)输注益母草注射液(10mg/kg,30ml),可使心肌缺血再灌注时的左心室内压(LVP)、左室压最大上升速率及最大下降速率均高于生理盐水对照组同一时相的数值(P<0.05~0.01),降低缺血再灌注后血浆肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的升幅,提高红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05~0.01)。结果表明,益母草注射液对在体兔心肌缺血再灌注所致的心功能低下及心肌细胞损伤具有保护作用。其机制可能与增加冠脉流量、保护 SOD活性及加速氧自由基的清除等作用有关。
Total Alkaloid of Leonurus heterophyllus(TAL)were administered intravenously at a rate of 0.4 ml/min by an infusion pump 10 rain before the leift anterior descending coronary artery was occluded,the cardial functional parameters(LVP.±dp/dtmax)of the rabbit hearts injured by ischemia/reperfusion significantly(P<0.05-0.01) were higher than those in the control group(normal saline),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the activity of creatine phosphate kinase(CPK)in the blood plasma were lower and the activity of superoxide dismu- tase(SOD)in red blood cells were higher than those in the control group after reperfusion markedly(P<0.05-0. 01).These results suggested that TAL exerted remarkable protective effects on myocardial dysfunction and my- ocardial injury caused by ischemia/reperfusion,these effects might be associated with the preservation of SOD activity and promote the scavenging of free radicals
