摘要
根据实际测试给出了硅光电池的短路电流的温度特性.随着温度的升高,短路电流增大,但温度超过一定值以后,随着温度的升高,短路电流反而下降.对该特性进行了理论解释.最后对硅光电池的温度补尝问题提出了自己的看法.
The temperature characteristics of short circuit of the silicon photovaltaic cell is given based on the prachtical measures. The short circut current increases as the temperature goes up. Howevr the short circuit decreases as the temperature is higher than a certain degree. The theoretic explanation for the characteristics is presented.And the temperature compensation for silicon photovaltaic cell is discussed.
