摘要
文章分析了硅光电池用于红外灯阵热流不均匀度测量的原理。建立了硅光电池的简化数学模型。并用非线性最小二乘拟合方法。根据少量测量数据较准确地求得了硅光电池等效参数.另外,文章推导了硅光电池光生电流与达到热流密度的关系,并探讨了红外灯阵热流不均匀度的测试方法.
The paper analyzes the principle of heat flux nonuniformity measurement for infrared lamp arrays,and establishes the reduced mathematical model which equivalent parameter could be obtained exactly using a few measurement data by the least square fitting method.In addition,this paper derives the relationship between photovoltaic current and heat flux density,and discusses the test method of heat flux nonuniformity for infrared lamp arrays.
