摘要
目的通过测定低氧全身照射后小鼠NK的活性探讨,低氧对照射小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。材料与方法用C57BL/6纯系小鼠,随机分4组,每组11只。(1)正常对照组,(2)单纯全身照射组,(3)低氧+全身照射组,(4)单纯低氧组,采用60Coγ线全身1次照射5Gy。低氧时吸10.5%的低氧混合气。用LDH释放法测NK活性。全部数据均采用平均数±标准差表示,用t检验进行统计学分析。结果显示单纯全身照射组的NK活性明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);低氧+全身照射组的NK活性接近于正常对照组和单纯低氧组(P>0.05)。结论全身照射可以降低小鼠的NK活性,而低氧对全身照射小鼠的NK活性有保护作用,提示低氧可以保护机体的细胞免疫功能。
Purpose Thiough measuring the NK activity after radiation,we studied the affection of hypoxygen on the immunologic function of the radiated mouse. Materials and Methods The C57BL/6 pure strain mice were classified into four groups randomly,they were:(1)control group,(2)radiation alone group,(3)radiation plus hypoxygen.The whole mouse body was radiated 5 Gy with 60 COγ ray once,The hypoxygen was obtained through breathing in the condition of 10-5 % oxygen. The NK activity was measured with LDH release method. All data were showed in X ± S,and analyzed with T test.Results It was showed that the NK activity of the radiation alone group was much lower than that of the control group(P<0.01); the NK activity of the hypoxygen plus radiation group was close to that of the control group and the hypoxygen group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Radiation may decrease the NK activity of mouse,while the hguxygen may protect the NK activity of the radiated mouse which hints that the hypoxygen may protect the celiular immunologic function in the body.
