摘要
通过向PBMC中加入IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-1α及抗CD3单克隆抗体,诱导出高效免疫活性细胞团子激活的杀伤细胞(Cytokine-inducedkillercells,CIK),并建立了小鼠克洛氏肉瘤(S_(180))荷瘤动物模型,证实CIK过继免疫疗法具有显著的抗肿瘤作用,其抑瘤率可达78%;并同时以LAK细胞作为对照,LAK组的抑瘤率为对33.70%,明显低于CIK组13.30%(p<O.05)。
In this paper, the highly efficient cytolytic effector cells termed CIK (cytokine - inducedkiller) cells were generated by culturing PBMC in the presence of IFN-γ IL-2 IL-1α and McAb againstCD3 .The mice bearing S_(180) sarcoma was used to evaluate the anti-tumor effects of CIK and LAK cells invivo .The results showed that CIK cells had significanily anti-tumor effects (the median inhibitory rate was78% ). It suggested that CIK therapy was correlated with inducing the proliferation of spleen T cells otherthan the NK cytolytic activity.
