摘要 本文讨论符合(一级并行)米氏消除药物的多剂量静脉点滴给药的给药方案评价方法并给出了应用例子。 In this paper,we have proposed a method for the dosage regimen evaluation of drugs obeying parallel first order and Michaelis-Menten clearance kinetics,inputed by multiple intravenous infusion administration.An application example was given.
