摘要
本研究观察戊巴比妥钠麻醉犬在静脉注射暖心液0.5ml/kg 后的血液动力学及冠脉流量的变化情况。结果显示,左室压最大变化速率在给药即刻出现一过性轻度下降,随后显著上升。心输出量、心脏指数、每搏指数及冠脉流量在给药后显著增加。而总外周阻力显著降低。表明暖心液具有增加冠脉流量、降低心脏后负荷与增强心泵功能等作用。对心脏舒缩功能则具有先抑制,后兴奋,抑制弱、兴奋强的特点。提示暖心液可能较适用于缺血性心脏病所致的心力衰竭。
Nuanxin liquor(NXL) 0.5ml/kg was given to anaesthetized dogs by intravenous injection,and its effects on hemo- dynamics and coronary blood flow were observed.It was found that this medicine caused brief decrease at first and then marked increase of±dp/dtmax,increased cardiac output,cardiac index,systolic index and coronary blood flow,and de- creased total peripheral vascular resistance.The findings suggest that NXL can lower cardiac after-load and strengthen the pumping function of the heart.It has slight inhibiting effect at first and then strong exciting effect on myocardiac contrac- tility.It is applicable to the treatment of heart failure caused by ischemic heart disease.
