摘要
本文对520例不同年龄组的颅脑损伤CT片进行了观察分析，表明青少年损伤原因以高坠多见，损伤类型以颅骨凹陷骨折及硬膜外血肿多见，老年组损伤原因以头部击伤多见，损伤类型以颅骨骨折、硬膜下血肿、脑多发性挫裂伤及脑多发性血肿多见，成年组介于两者之间。
The CT featulres kf head injury in different age groups in 520 cases were analysed with the following main results: (1) in the teenster group,falling inJuries was often observed, the main types of injury were depressed fracture of cranium and epidural hematoma; (2) in the aged` group,head strike was chief cause of injury,the most of types of injury were cranial fracure, epidural hematoma, duplicate cerebral contusion; (3) the traumatic manifestive in the adults group were situated between two groups above -mentioned.
