摘要
进行了氧氟沙星锌、环丙沙星锌合成的研究。抑菌实验表明,氧氟沙星锌、环丙沙星锌对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌的抑制作用明显高于氟呱酸锌。
Zine ofloxacin and zine ciprofloxacin were first synthesized. Zine replaced silver in the preparation of both antibiotils. The best synthetic route was found out. The results of antibacterial experiments showed that both agents had a potent antibacterial activity which was superior to the same silver salts.
