摘要
本文报告74例前列腺癌的诊治体会。发病年限分析表明前列腺癌的发病人数呈明显的增长趋势,重视本病可提高检出率;诊断方面强调指肛检查的重要性;讨论了经直肠前列腺B超、前列腺穿刺活检及常用治疗方法的应用及意义。
This paper reported the experience of diagnosis and management of 74 cases of prostate cancer. The analysis of occuring time of 74 cases indicated that the event of prostate cancer showed increasing trend in China, and the positive rate of diagnosis will be enhanced if the doctor pay attention to this disease. The imporfence of digital rectal examination is emphasized in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. The usefull-ness and significance of transrectal ultrosound and biopsy of prostate, and common theropeutic measures were disscused.
