摘要
前列腺增生(BPH)是老年男性的最常见病之一,行前列腺摘除后仍可发生前列腺癌且易于误诊。本文报告2例BPH行前列腺摘除术后发生前列腺癌,并结合文献就其发生机理和诊断进行讨论。
Prostate cancer can still occur after prostatectomy for BPH and it is easilly misdi-agnosised. 2 cases of such clinic entities was reported with review of literatures and discussion of the etiological mechanism and the clinical diagnosis.
