摘要
企业兼并和收购是当前企业经营管理阶层经常遇到的热门话题。但是,我们也经常听到类似这样的议论:“这次兼并,把业务搞得一团糟”;或者“什么兼并,不过口头说说罢了,换汤不换药”;等等。是什么阻碍了兼并的进程呢?这里至少可以给你一些启发:实施企业兼并时好好考虑一下各方IT功能的整合吧。或许,这才是问题的关键所在。
