摘要
本研究用氟离子选择电极、微量扩散、高温气化分离、气相色谱方法分别测定日本东京市售 30种罐装饮料茶 ,其结果 :红茶饮料是 1.0 2 ug/ml、乌龙茶是 0 .91ug/ml、杜仲茶是 0 .0 2 9ug/ml、绿茶是0 .6 9ug/ml、大麦茶饮料茶是 0 .0 0 5ug/ml。氟离子选择电极方法能在多种离子共存的条件下对氟离子特异反应 ,该方法广泛应用于牙科领域、气相色谱、微量扩散。
It is important to understand the fluoride ingestion in daily Iife when a community is planning to commence the caries prevention program using fluoride. In this study, samples were collected from the 30 drinking teas items available at a supermarket in Tokyo. The drinking teas were measured 3 times to determine the fluoride content with fluoride ion electrode, microdiffusion, pyrohyolysis, gas chromatogaphy of samples. The fluoride content in drinking teas was as follows: black tea 1.02ug/ml, green tea 0.69ug/ml, oolong tea 0.92ug/ml, eucommia tea 0.029ug/ml, oat tea 0.005ug/ml. The fluoride ion electrode is essentially specific to fluoride ions even in the presence of several other ions that interfere in other methods of fluoride determination. This methods is employed in the dental field in many cases. Other methods are microdiffusion, gas chromatography, pyrohydrolysis.
