摘要
采用液体摇瓶试验探讨了不同氮源、碳源和矿质元素对侧耳蛋白质合成的影响。结果表明, 有利于侧耳生物量累积和蛋白质合成的最适氮源为蛋白胨, 最适碳源为葡萄糖和淀粉。发酵液中适宜的钙(0.05% ~0.15% ) 和锌有利于菌丝体的生长, 但对蛋白质合成无多大影响。
This study dealt with the effects of different nitrogen,carbon and mineral elements on pleurotus protein synthesis, through skaking culture. The results indicated that optimal nitrogen source is peptone for pleurotus biomass cumulating and protein synthesis;optimal carbon source for pleurotus is glucose and starch;suitable calcium and zinc concentrations (0 05% 0 15%) in the fermentation medium are good for Peurotus mycelium growth, but no influence on protein synthesis.
