摘要 本文在分析了恒流源加逆变桥式方波交流电源的工作过程的基础上,阐述了稳弧脉冲产生原理。借助于恒流源与逆变桥之间的串联电感,利用换相电弧再引燃时的电流突变在此电感上产生的自感电动势作为稳弧脉冲,此脉冲可以与电流过零保持严格的同步。此种稳弧方法稳弧脉冲由电路结构本身产生,去除了传统的高频稳弧装置,实施简单,效果明显,没有射频干扰,有利于自动化焊接应用。 Based on the analysis of the working process of the square-wave AC power source which incorporates constant-current power and secondary inverter, the paper studies the principle of acquiring the stabilizing arc pulse. A small series inductance between constant-current power and inverter can give birth to the needed stabilizing arc pulse which is the voltage on the series inductance caused by the sudden change of current during polarity exchange. The pulse strictly synchronizes with polarity exchange. In this method the pulse for stabilizing arc is created by the circuit structure itself, which gets rid of the traditional high-frequency stabilizing arc apparatus, and has no high-frequency electromagnetic interference, and benefits the automatic welding case. Test shows the method is easy, and the arc is highly stable.
