摘要
研制了一台弧焊机器人配套使用的单片机控制的多功能TIG焊机，采用恒流源加逆变桥的组合式结构，以IGBT为功率器件，单片机为控制核心，实现了一机多能，可工作于直流TTG焊、脉冲焊、变极性TIG焊三种方式，满足弧焊机器人柔性焊接的要求。
In this paper, a multi-function power source for TIG arc welding robot controlled by singlechip microcomputer was developed. The power source included two parts: a constant-current power and afull-bridge invertor. DC TIG are welding. pluse are welding. variable polarity TIG are welding wererealized by means of controlling the set signal of current and the state of main circuit, which meet the needof flexible welding of are welding robot.
