摘要
以我厂２ 万ｔ／ａ 离子膜装置为例，对旭化成强制循环离子膜工艺的电解槽结构进行综述。针对出现的问题进行及时处理，确保离子膜电槽长时期高电效、低电耗平稳运行。
Taking the 20 kt/a ion-exchange membrane facility of our plant for example,the electrolyzer structure used in Asahi Kasei forced-circulalion ion-exchange membrane process is summarized.So the problems appeared can be solved in time and the ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer can run smoothly with high current efficiency and low electrical energy consumption for a long time.
