摘要
目的:探讨改良式B-Lynch缝合术联合欣母沛(卡前列素氨丁三醇)治疗产后出血的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院30例产后出血的患者的临床资料(观察组),该组患者均采用改良式B-Lynch缝合术联合子宫肌层注射欣母沛0.25mg治疗,另分析我院采用髂内动脉结扎或子宫切除术治疗的产后出血患者10例(对照组),比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及有效率均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:改良式B-Lynch缝合术联合欣母沛治疗产后出血疗效较好,值得临床推广。
Objective：To investigate the modified B-Lynch suture joint Carboprost tromethamine injection （Carboprost tromethamine） the clinical efficacy of treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods：A retrospective analysis of our hospita30 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with clinical data （observation group）,the group of patients were treated with modified B-Lynch suture technique combined myometriat injection Carboprost tromethamine rejection 0.25mg treatment, and the other in our hospital the use of internal iliac artery ligation or hysterectomy in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in 10 patients （control group） were compared in patients with clinical efficacy.Results：The patient＇s operation time, blood loss and the effective rate was significantly better than thc control group.P〈0.05.Conelusion：The modified B-Lynch suture joint Carboprost tromethamine injection better treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, worthy of promotion.
