摘要
本文从新的角度探讨了中国法律语言发展和演变过程中的几个问题 ,勾勒了中国法律语言发展的几个阶段 ,并对中国法律语言的语言层次、法律语言文本结构层次和司法语言表达层次的发展。
This paper approaches from a new angle a few subjects of the development and evolution in Chinas legal language, and outlines its different stages. It also puts forward the authors view on the development and evolution in the language unity and the coherence of Chinas legal language, and of the textual structure and of judicial expression.
