摘要
目的通过检测训练期间航海人员的干扰素-γ和淋巴细胞增值活性,了解航海人员机体免疫力状况。方法选择某部正在从事训练的航海人员24人、后勤人员24人,采集静脉血,检测干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、淋巴细胞增殖活性、总抗氧化力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞(WBC)及分类等指标。结果航海人员和后勤人员的IFN-γ水平分别是(31.89±0.47)pg/ml和(34.93±0.34)pg/ml;加入H2O2诱导氧化损伤后,航海人员和后勤人员的淋巴细胞增值活性分别为(0.23±0.01)和(0.27±0.01);差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论与后勤人员相比,航海人员免疫力状况较差。
Objective To investigate the status of immunity ability by examining the levels of IFN-γ and the proliferation of peripheral-blood lymphocyte of the marine men.Methods Twenty four marine men and twenty four logistics men were recruited and blood samples were collected.The levels of IFN-γ,the proliferation of peripheral-blood lymphocyte（PPL）,total antioxidant capacity（T-AOC）,malondialdehyde（MDA） and white blood cell（WBC） of them were examined.Results The levels of IFN-γ of the marine men and the logistics men were（31.89±0.47）pg/ml and（34.93±0.34）pg/ml respectively,and the proliferation of PPL of them were 0.23±0.01 and 0.27±0.01 respectivly after the H2O2 was added.All of the differences were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The status of immunity ability of the marine men is lower than that of the logistics men.
