摘要
方法 利用数值模拟方法研究杜 32块兴隆台油层蒸汽吞吐的主要注采参数及射孔参数。目的 选择合理的注采参数 ,最大限度地改善其蒸汽吞吐开发效果。结果 数值模拟结果表明 :注汽强度以 70~ 80 t/ m为宜 ;注汽速度为 16 0~ 2 0 0t/ d;井底蒸汽干度为 40 % ;焖井时间为 3~ 5 d,可使注入热量得到最大限度的热利用率。为避免出砂 ,采液速度应控制在 40~5 0 t/ d,射孔厚度为 2 0 m,可有效提高热利用率 ;为防止底水锥进 ,渗透层避射底水厚度应大于 15 m,而低渗物性隔层应大于 5m。结论 数值模拟研究得出的注采参数及射孔原则 ,在杜 32块兴隆台油层实施后 ,取得了很好的效果。
Method Prime injection/production of steam soaking and perforation parameters of Xinglongtai formation, Du 32 block is studied with numerical simulation. Purpose Select reasonable injection/production parameters to maximize steam soaking results. Result Research shows the maximum heat utilization ratio can be achieved at injection strength of 70-80 t/m, rate of 160-200 t/d, bottom steam quality of 40%, shut-in well 3-5 d. Also, fluids production rate within 40-50 t/d and perforation intervalat 20 m will effectively avoid sand production. Besides, permeable zone uper foraied bottom depth shouldbe larger than 15 m and low permeable interbed be over 5 m can prevent the occurring of water conning.Conclusion Favorable results have been achieved in Xinglongtai formation, Du 32 block with injection/production paramelers alld perforation principles from numerical simulation.
