摘要
对绿僵菌在不同含量的吐温 80培养基中进行液体深层培养研究表明 :吐温 80对绿僵菌液生分生孢子的形成具有显著的影响 ,培养基中吐温 80含量在 0 .6%~ 1.0 %之间时 ,可获得最大的产孢量。同时对马尾松毛虫毒力的生物测定显示 :M 337菌株的液生分生孢子对马尾松毛虫具有较高的毒力。因此 ,作为一种微生物杀虫剂 ,深层发酵生产绿僵菌分生孢子有进一步研究的价值。
strains of Metarhizium spp. were cultured in liquid media containing different concentrations Tween 80 to determine their effect on sporulation of submerged conidia. The results showed that Tween 80 was most effective for sporulation of submerged conidia. The submerged conidia production was highest in media containing 0.6-1.0% Tween 80. In addition, the infectivity of conidia of M337 formed in submerse cultivation was tested in lab, which showed higher virulent to the 3rd-4th instar larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus. So, it is worth to make a thorough study on production of Metarhizium conidia cultivated in submerse fermentation.
