病原细菌和绿僵菌对椰心叶甲的联合毒力与相容性 被引量:5

Joint virulence and compatibility of pathogenic bacteria and Metarhizium anisopliae against Brontispa longissima

摘要 通过致病力和相容性评价病原细菌和绿僵菌对椰心叶甲的联合毒力。结果表明,分别以浓度(1±0.5)×1012cfu·m L^(-1)的细菌Ba-z菌悬液、(1±0.5)×107孢子·m L^(-1)的绿僵菌Ma1775孢悬液单剂及其两者混配菌液(V∶V=6∶94),喷菌法接菌后10 d,对椰心叶甲高龄幼虫与成虫,绿僵菌Ma1775单剂处理的校正死亡率极显著高于混配菌液处理,混配菌液处理校正死亡率极显著高于细菌单剂处理;但对于2~3龄低龄幼虫,绿僵菌Ma1775单剂处理的校正死亡率极显著低于混配菌液和细菌单剂处理,后两者间无显著差异。利用3株细菌,研究细菌挥发物和发酵液对绿僵菌Ma1775生长的影响发现,3株细菌挥发物对绿僵菌的孢子萌发、菌丝生长、产孢量具有极显著抑制作用;其发酵液前期对绿僵菌的孢子萌发、菌丝生长和产孢量具有显著抑制作用,且随发酵液浓度升高,抑制作用增强。可见,细菌Ba-z与绿僵菌Ma1775混配,其挥发物和发酵液对绿僵菌的生长和致病力均起抑制作用。 The study aimed to estimate the joint virulence of pathogenic bacteria and Metarhizium anisopliae againest Brontispa longissima by determining virulence and compatibility.The results showed that the corrected mortalities of B.longissima late instar larvae and adults with M.anisopliae Ma1775treatment were extremely significantly higher than mixed bacterial fluid treatment after being inoculated with concentration(1±0.5)×10^12cfu·mL^-1bacteria Ba-z,(1±0.5)×10^7spore·mL^-1M.anisopliae Ma1775and their mixed bacterial fluid(V∶V=6∶94)for10d,respectively and the corrected mortalities of mixed bacterial fluid treatment were extremely significantly higher than bacteria single-dose treatment.But the corrected mortalities of B.longissima2~3instar larvae inoculated with M.anisopliae were extremely significantly lower than mixed bacterial fluid and bacteria single-dose treatment.Use3bacteria to study the effects of bacteria volatile and ferment product on growth of M.anisopliae Ma1775,it′s found that the volatile of3bacteria was extremely significantly inhibitory to the spore germination,the hypha growth,the sporulation quantity of M.anisopliae Ma1775.The ferment product of3bacteria was also significantly inhibitory to them,and the inhibitory was stronger with the concentration increased.Therefore,the volatile and ferment product of bacteria were mainly inhibitory to the growth and the virulence of M.anisopliae after being mixed.
