摘要
目的:评价医学生参加社区健康教育实践的效果。方法:对参加社区健康教育实践的学生,通过问卷调查,对实践教育前后知识和技能考试结果的分析,来评价社区健康教育实践的效果。结果:通过实践,医学生逐步树立起预防观念(χ~2=4.98,p【0.05),预防保健基本知识得到巩固(t=40.98,p【0.05),社会实践能力显著提高(t=26.49,p【0.05)。结论:医学生参加社会实践是培养医学生预防观念、技能的最佳途径,而健康教育是一个有效的切入点。
[Objective]To evaluate the effects of health education for districts on medical students.[Method]The medical students were cultivated in concepts,knowledge and skills of preventative medicine by means of health education for districts. [Result]For medical students the preventative concept was gradually built up,essential knowledge of health care as consolidated, and the practice ability was significandy improved through the practice of community health education.[Conclusion]Social practice is the best way to train students for prophylactic knowledge and skills,in which the health education is an effective way.
