摘要 研究了模拟油在岩心中的自发乳化驱油效果及提高采收率机理。不同渗透率岩心中,自发乳化驱油效果好于表面活性剂驱及聚合物驱。碱聚合物自发乳化驱替后采收率在水驱基础上还可提高23.7%,远远高于单独碱自发乳化驱、聚合物驱和表面活性剂驱,说明这一自发乳化驱油体系具有良好的驱替能力,能够大幅度提高采收率。模拟油在岩心中的自发乳化驱采收率和总采收率分别为24.5%和71.8%,与超低界面张力聚合物表面活性剂驱相近。高于三元复合驱、高浓聚合物驱。微观驱油试验证实光刻模型中发生了自发乳化现象。残余油自发乳化成小油滴,很容易穿过孔喉,以水包油型乳化状态开采出来。 Spontaneous emulsification flooding effect and EOR mechanism of simulated oil in cores are researched.Spontaneous emulsification flooding efficiency is better than those of surfactant flooding and polymer flooding.The oil recovery is enhanced 23.7% by Alkali-polymer flooding above the water flooding.It is much higher than those of alkali flooding,surfactant flooding and polymer flooding the experiment shows that spontaneous emulsification flooding has good flooding ability.The simulated oil spontaneous emulsification flooding recovery and total recovery with cores are enhanced by 24.5% and 71.8%.It approaches to ultra-low-interfacial tension surfactant-polymer flooding and higher than ASP and high concentration polymer flooding.The results of microscopic displacement experiment prove that there is spontaneous emulsification phenomena in photoengraving model.Residual oil is emulsified into small oil droplets,They can flow through porosity throat easily.The produced fluid is the type of oil in water emulsion
