摘要
为有效解决当前林业科技管理能力的滞后问题,作者以“甘肃省林业科研管理能力建设”课题为基础,于2004年至2005年进行了基于WEB的林业科技信息管理系统的研发.课题以网络(Internet/Intranet)为技术核心,以ASP技术为手段,以Visual FoxPro为后台数据库,将ASP与Visual FoxPro结合,开发了科研项目合同及科技成果管理等模块组成的科技管理网络信息系统.系统利用Internet/Intranet实现科技成果、项目管理等信息的远程录入、查询、统计、文件上传等功能,实现了科技管理工作的集成化、数据传输网络化、成果信息传播应用管理的大众化.
Based on the research topic on construction of forestry science and technology management in Gansu Province,in order to solve the lag issue existing in forestry science and technology information management in a timely manner,a research development of a web-based information management software focusing on forestry science and technology was carried out from 2004 to 2005.Taking advantages of Internet/Intranet technology,the research project combined ASP and Visual FoxPro to produce a software which includes several modules such as research contract management and achievements management and so on.With the software, registering,querying,and uploading research results can be done by different end-users through Internet/Intranet,which makes the management of forestry information more integrating,network-based and public.
