摘要
为了精确、及时地提供不同森林土地利用模式的成本和效益,确定森林资源总的成本和效益信息,指导森林可持续经营,该文结合山东省森林资源核算案例,依据山东省森林资源清查的基础信息和核算的相关模型,以WebGIS技术和网络技术为核心,以ASP.NET和MapGIS技术为手段,以SQL Server为后台数据库,构建一个基于MIS与GIS的无缝集成系统,将遥感分类结果和GIS进行叠加,实现森林资源资产核算、森林资源生产核算、森林资源核算汇总及报表、森林资源空间分布动态查询与输出,从而为管理者制定森林政策和规划提供决策依据。
To guide a sustainable forest management,it is very important to exactly and timely provide the cost and benefit of different forest land use patterns and to determine information of total cost and benefit of forests.The authors took forest resources of Shandong Province as a case study.The data were from the inventory of forest resources in Shandong Province.The study centered on WebGIS and network technologies,adopted ASP.NET and MapGIS.SQL Server was used as the backstage database,a seamless integrative system was constructed based on MIS and GIS.Through superposition of remote sensing classification and GIS,the system can realize the counting of assets and production of forest resources,collection and report form of forest resources counting,dynamic inquiry and output of spatial distribution of forest resources.It can also provide references for decision-making or policy-makers.
