摘要
基于 ADAMS 建立了机械系统和液压系统耦合的某多管火箭发射系统虚拟样机。从实体建模、液压系统建模及机械系统和液压系统耦合动力学分析,探讨了某新型多管火箭发射系统振动特性及采用液压瞄准系统后液压阻尼减振效应。表明液压系统有助于提高系统发射密集度,该耦合系统的发射稳定性是完全可以保证的。
The virtual prototype of new Multiple Launch Rocket System(MLRS)combined with mechanism-liquid coupling model is created by using ADAMS software.From the solid model and hydraulic model,the launch dynamics coupled with mechanism-liquid is studied.The initial disturbance is reduced and firing concentration of MLRS is improved by the analysis of the vibration characteristic and the effect of damping and diminishing vibration produced by hydraulic collimators.The results show that hydraulic system can improve stability of the new coupled MLRS.
