摘要
转向阶段的稳定性和安全性是车载双联装导弹发射平台研究的关键问题。以中远程导弹的车载双联装发射平台为研究对象,开展了横向稳定性研究;建立了适用于横向稳定性分析的刚柔耦合动力学模型,对比了刚柔耦合动力学模型的数值计算结果与实车试验结果,验证了模型的正确性。基于此模型,分析了不同载弹状态对发射平台横向稳定性的影响规律,给出了不同载弹状态下发射平台的安全转向速度,为车载双联装发射平台的系统设计和优化提供了理论参考。
The safety and stability of steering is the key issue for a vehicular dual-launch platform.This work took a vehicular dual-launch platform of the intermediate and long-range missiles as the research object and conducted an in-depth research on its lateral stability.A rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model for stability analysis was established and a full-size vehicle test was carried out.The numerical and experimental results were compared to verify the correctness of the model.The influences of different missile-carrying status on the lateral stability of the launch platform were analyzed and the safe cornering speeds for different missile-carrying status were given,which provides a theoretical reference for the system design and optimization of vehicular dual-launch platforms.
