摘要
以水为介质,FeCl3为氧化剂,采用化学氧化法制备聚吡咯(PPy),制备方法简单易行.运用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重(TGA)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP)和透射电镜(TEM)等测试方法表征了不同磺酸系掺杂剂掺杂所得PPy的组成及结构形态,并利用四探针技术测试了材料的电导率.结果表明,掺杂剂的种类对最终所得材料的导电性能、组成及结构形态有较大的影响.苯磺酸钠(BSNa)掺杂所得PPy的电导率最高,且所得PPy的电导率随掺杂剂阴离子体积的增大而减小;由TGA结果可知,材料的电导率越高,其平均聚合度越高,热稳定性越好;此外,以2-萘磺酸(2-NSA)为掺杂剂所得PPy微观形貌呈现罕见的纤维状.
Polypyrrole was synthesized with ferric chloride as oxidant by chemical oxidative polymerization in water medium.PPy was doped with various sulfonic dopants.The constitutions,structures and morphologies of these materials were studied and characterized by FT-IR,TGA,ICP and TEM.The conductivities of these materials were measured by four-probe instrument.The constitutions,structures and morphologies of PPy were greatly influenced by the dopants.It was found that the conductivity of PPy doped with BSNa was the highest.The conductivity of these materials decreased when the volume of the anions increased.TGA showed that the higher the conductivity of the material,the higher the decomposing temper ture.At the same decomposing temperature,the higher the conductivity of the material,the smaller the loss of the mass.It was shown that the polymer chain of the fiber PPy-NSA was identical to that of PPy doped with other sulfonic dopants.
