摘要
理论界已经有大量的关于合资企业组织业绩的解释性研究,文化差异是其中重要的解释因素。通过对已有研究的回顾,构建了以过程创造性和过程冲突作为中介变量来研究文化异质性对合资企业团队效能影响的框架模型,并根据这样的框架模型对以往的重要研究成果进行了综述。在此基础上,论文对以后的相关研究提出了建议。
Abundant study has been done to explain the performance of joint venture,and cultural difference is one of these important variables.After reviewing the existing literature,one conceptual model using process creativeness and process conflict as intermediary variable has been set up,which can explain the effect of cultural heterogeneity on joint venture team effectiveness.Based on this model,the paper summarizes the previous important research.Then,some suggestion has been put forward for future related study.
