原发性高血压治疗中贝尼地平的疗效与肾保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】评价原发性高血压治疗中贝尼地平的临床疗效及肾脏保护作用。【方法】76例门诊一直服用氨氯地平的高血压病人,给予更换贝尼地平治疗。更换前、后均测量血压、心率、24h尿蛋白测定并计算尿蛋白/肌酐的比率。【结果】①更换前、后血压差别无显著性;②更换贝尼地平后1个月,24h尿蛋白量(232±69vs223±58;P>0.05)及尿蛋白/肌酐比率(227±53vs216±69;P>0.05)均有下降趋势,但差别无统计学意义③贝尼地平联合ARB或ACEI治疗前后24h尿蛋白量(254±47vs205±62;P<0.05)及尿蛋白/肌酐比率(236±44vs188±56;P<0.05),差别有统计学意义。【结论】贝尼地平的降压效果与氨氯地平相当,而在降低尿蛋白方面则有优于氨氯地平的趋势;贝尼地平联合ARB或ACEI对肾脏有明显保护作用。
