摘要
以西安北石桥污水净化中心剩余活性污泥为实验材料,以氯化锌作为活化剂,采用微波法制备污泥活性剂。通过单因素试验和正交实验的方法,得到制备污泥吸附剂的优化工艺条件为:按质量比1∶1.5添加浓度为30%的活化剂ZnCl2于处理过的干污泥中,在640W功率的微波辐射下,热解360s,即可制得性能良好的污泥吸附剂,其碘值达388.92 mg/g。
Residual activated sludge from Xi'an Beishiqiao Wastewater Purification Center was used as the experimental material.By means of microwave,adding ZnCl_2 to the sewage sludge,a new absorbent was produced.Effect of preparation conditions on adsorbing capability was discussed with single factor and multifactor experiment.The result showed that the optimum absorbent manufacture process was based on the following conditions: the weight ratio of dry sewage sludge to ZnCl_2(30%) was 1 :1.5,the microwave power was 640W,and the radiation time was 360s,the number of Ⅰ adsorption of adsorbent derived from sewage sludge would be up to 388.92 mg/g.
