摘要
本文使用连续提取方法研究了污泥、(土娄)土及其培育土壤中铜和镍的形态,并报道了施用污泥(土娄)土中铜与镍的形态转化规律。结果表明:(土娄)土中铜与镍的残渣态>铁锰氧化物结合态>有机质结合态>碳酸盐结合态>交换态。污泥中铜主要以有机质结合态存在;镍主要是碳酸盐结合态和铁锰氧化物结合态。施用污泥(土娄)土中,随施用量增加铜的有机质结合态增加幅度最大,其余各形态均呈增大趋势;镍除残渣态几乎不变外,各形态也呈增大趋势,其中以碳酸盐结合态变化最大。同时对(土娄)土中各形态铜与镍对作物的可给性作了初步探讨。
A sequential extraction procedure was used to study chemical forms of Cu and Ni in the soil, sludge and the soil amended with sludge. The form transformation was also observed. The results showed that the forms of Cu and Ni in the soil were in the following order in quantity: residual>Fe/Mn oxies bound>organic matter bound>Carbonates bound>exchangeable. Cu in the sludge is mainly existing in organic matter bound, while Ni is mainly carbonates bound and Fe/Mn oxides bound. In the soil amended with sludge the organic matter bound Cu increased progressively with increase of the incorporated sludge quantity, while the other forms of Cu also showed a tendency of increase in the mixture. All forms of Ni except for the residual showed a tendency of increase with the carbonates bound increased in the most quantity. The availability of the different forms of Cu and Ni for crops is also discussed in the paper.
