摘要
在基于性能退化数据的可靠性评定过程中,一个关键步骤就是采用一个数学模型来描述产品退化过程,也就是对产品的某个性能参数随广义时间变化的退化过程进行建模。在对产品性能退化的建模中,经常会使用一些典型的模型来拟合和描述性能退化过程。文章分别对线性模型、指数模型和幂律模型等三种较为常用的模型进行了研究和论述。
During the process of reliability assessment based on the performance degradation data,adopting a mathematics model to describe the degradation of products is a key step. When modeling the performance degradation,some typical models always be used to draw up and to describe the degradation process. This article discusses three typical models,they are linearity model,exponential model and power model.
