摘要
采用100mm分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)试验装置,研究了玄武岩纤维增强地质聚合物混凝土在不同应变率下的冲击力学行为,并将其与基体地质聚合物混凝土进行对比分析。研究表明,混凝土是应变率敏感材料,其峰值应力和峰值应变表现出显著的应变率强化效应;玄武岩纤维对地质聚合物混凝土具有较好的增韧作用,韧性随纤维掺量的增加而提高,其中体积掺量为0.3%时最佳,但强度反而降低。
The impact behavior of basalt fiber reinforced geopolymeric concrete(BFGC) subjected to various high strain rates was investigated using 100mm split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB) apparatus,and was compared with plain geopolymeric concrete.It shows that the geopolymeric concrete is a sensitive material to strain rate,and its peak stress and peak strain meet the remarkable strain rate strengthening effect.The basalt fiber has better ductility to the geopolymeric concrete,and ductility is improved as the fiber mixing amount increases.The mixing amount 0.3% of the volume is best,but the intensity is reduced instead.
