摘要 表现性评价是针对国外教师入职评价的重要方式,它与我国现行教师教育教学能力考试的关注点、测试方法和测试结果呈现方式三方面都存有不同。 Performence assessment is an important way for teachers' inductive assessment in foreign countries,there are differences between performance assessment and concern,test methods and test results demenstration of the existing teacher education and teaching ability examination while assessment.
