白三烯受体拮抗剂在支气管哮喘治疗中的合理应用
摘要
白三烯作为支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)气道炎症中的重要炎性介质,在哮喘的发病机制中发挥重要作用。本文结合2006年修订的《全球哮喘创议》(Global Initiative for Asthma,GINA)来分析白三烯受体拮抗剂在哮喘治疗中的地位和合理应用。
